Life is Fun

I have been so busy! I have been running around and enjoying this pretty weather. I learned how to ride my 4 wheeler until the battery ran down. I am not to good with steering. My cousin Walker had a birthday party last weekend. We had so much fun running around outside at his party. I really enjoyed playing with all of his new toys. I like his tractor with lights the best. I really like playing with flashlights. I have run the battery down in one already. This week I found a page of stickers in mommy's school bag. I put them all over my body. Mommy took some pictures so she could share them with daddy. I really like flashlights, stickers,and things I can push right now. I am learning new words everyday. I can say bubbles and birds really well. I went to the doctor today to get my second flu shot. I didn't even cry when I got my shot. Mommy was glad since she was holding me during the shot. Well I am going to go climb back in my wagon by myself and hope my mommy or daddy will push me. Mommy said pictures will be coming soon from the sticker night! She is so busy with boards right now so I have to be patient and wait for my pictures to be loaded.

Doctor Visit

Well I started this week off with my 15 month check up. I now weigh 29 pounds. (off the charts) and I am 34 1/2 inches tall (95 percentile). I went ahead and got round 1 of my flu shot. I have to go back in 4 weeks for round 2. Other than being flat footed, Dr. Weiland said I looked pretty good. I am going to keep wearing my shoes and they can help my foot arch. I still cried at Mrs. Shelley and she even called me Bradley when she saw me. Well I hope to stay well for another 3 months. This is the first time I had not been back to see Dr. Weiland between check ups. I am getting better. I had to stay at my doctor's visit with dad because mom had to go to the eye doctor. She has pink eye for the 4th time. Well nothing exciting has really been going on. I was hoping to play outside today but it keeps raining. I still have not missed my pacifier so it is officially gone! Yea!

Where is my pacifier?

Another step in the growing up process. Mom tried to take my pacifier away Thursday night. She cut a hole in the end. I got so mad I threw it over the headboard on the bed. I screamed and cried for 3 hours. Finally at 9:45 she gave it back. Well, mom let Mrs.Clara find out that she was trying to take it away. Mrs. Clara quit giving it to me at nap time last week so mom decided to try again Friday night. Well, so far I have laid down and taken all naps and bedtimes without my pacifier. I haven't even cried for it yet. So since I have done so well this weekend, it is officially gone. I am now growing up! Mom and Dad can not believe how easy it was for me to give it up. This weather has given me  the sniffles and so I am back on my breathing machine. I think I have to use it once a month but mom and I can read some good books during my ten minute treatment. I am ready for next week. Mom is out of school so I will get to see her a little more. I am still going to play at Mrs. Clara's some since mom is working so hard on her National Boards. She found out this week she is getting to go on 2 trips with some other teachers. I am really going to miss her but I get to spend some time with Meme and Nana. Oh well, my nap time is approaching so I will try to go snooze again without my pacifier.

Please think about my mommy, she has pink eye for the 3rd time in 2 months. She doesn't want to hold me a lot right now because she does not want me to get it.

Nice Weekend

Well, I had fun last weekend. On Wednesday, Uncle Jonathan and Aunt Lindsey had cousin Bradley. Mom went to visit them Thursday but she wouldn't take me. Then on Friday Mom and Dad celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary so I spent some time at Nana and D-daddy's house. I ate so much food! I love Nana's spaghetti. Then Saturday morning I went to see Tobbie play soccer. He scored a goal! I really wanted to kick the ball but for some reason mom says I am too young. Since mom was struggling with round 2 of pink eye, Meme took me to her house. I got to have my Meme and Papaw all to myself. Mom and Dad came to eat lunch with us and then they let me spend the night at Meme's house. We had so much fun. Meme took me to meet cousin Bradley. I really like playing at Uncle Jonathan's house. Then I got to go to church with Meme and she took me to eat Mexican food. I really like eating Mexican rice. After that she let me go back to Bradley's house. He stayed awake during our visit and I really got wild when mom and dad came. I was running around acting so silly. Mom and Dad took me to a church birthday party Sunday night. I got to sit at Nana's table since we share the same birthday month. I am so exhausted from the weekend but mom and dad said they are so rested.

Well I thought I was going to have a normal week until Mon. morning. Mrs. Clara, my babysitter, called and said she was sick. Mom decided to miss a day of work and stay home with me. We went and met my Aunt Michelle for lunch and then mom let me play at the Riverfront Park. We had the park all to ourself until the rain came. Well I really need a good nap so I am going to sleep now. I hope I get to go see Mrs. Clara tom. since mom has an important meeting at work tom.

Maybe I will slow down for the rest of the week. Happy Birthday Daddy, I love you!

Hoping for a better week!

Well last week was a sure test on mom and dad. I woke up Tues. morning with pink eye. Dad came home from work to keep me. He stayed with me Tues. and Wed.  My eye still looked pink on Thurs. so I got to spend the day with Aunt Jean. We played all day with toys and I love her dogs! I didn't even want to hug mommy when she came to pick me up. Well, on Thurs. mom also woke up with pink eye. She put her glasses on and went to work. Mom's eye got better on Friday but they daddy got it. His eye got better until Sun. morning when he work up with both eyes shut. I am better but I hope my daddy gets better soon. I spread this to both of them. I also had some bad luck on Thurs. A limb fell on Mon. and mom and dad thought it hit the deck. Well, it hit the house and then the deck. We found out when it started raining(pouring) in my playroom on Thurs night. The limb put a softball size hole in the roof. My sweet daddy got on the roof in the rain to stop the leak. I think my playroom is going to be ok.

So, mom is hoping I stay well this week! She needs a calmer week and dad agrees. I really don't have much planned until the weekend. I have to stay well in case my new cousin decides to arrive. I want to be able to see Bradley.

Pink Eye

I decided to extend my holiday weekend. Mom thought I had slept so good in my bed but I had a surprise for her. When I woke up at 6:30, my eye was crusted over. I kept trying to see but I couldn't. Cousin Walker had pink eye Friday and I went to his house Sunday for Uncle Dan's birthday. My sweet daddy left work early so he could keep me today. We are going to have so much fun! I just hope he can stay awake since he worked all night. We are waiting for daddy to come home so mom can go to work and I can play with daddy. I hope he does not pull out his camouflage. He dressed in a camouflage mask yesterday and it scared me so bad. I cried everytime I saw him after that so today he gets to redeem himself.

Moving

I have been very busy lately. My teeth are coming in very quickly. My mom moved me to a new bed last night and I slept all night. I just really do not like my crib so I am sleeping in a full size bed now. I really like all the room and pillows. We are going to have a very busy week but it is a holiday weekend so I wil get to spend a lot of time with mom and dad.

My mom made me a First Year Book online. I really like looking at all the pictures of me. She had a lot of fun doing it. Mom and Dad are so proud of my book, they have shown it to everybody. Well I am going to take a nap so I will check in later.
